Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) has implemented a set of electronic qualification programmes, targeting the job seekers segment of the campaign for all academic qualifications listed in the system of SHRD, from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, through a remote training system using the WEBEX programme.
The "teleworking skills" programme dealt with a number of important topics, most notably the definition of virtual work, its methods and challenges, focused on developing awareness of the importance of virtual work, its most important skills and capabilities.

The department announces its online qualifying programmes for the job seekers category through social media platforms on its hr_sharjah accounts on Twitter and Instagram. Nominations are received via the announced phone numbers, then the department's qualification department will contact the candidates for the programme to confirm participation.
